Celebrity Protection Course Round Up

Well, the February 2008 Celebrity Protection Course was a success!  Conducted over 5 days by Icon Services Corporation and Trojan Securities International, we put the students thru an intense (and admittedly sometimes grueling) mix of lectures, drills and realistic scenarios. (with a few surprises thrown in)   I’d like to thank everyone who participated and encourage you all to keep setting high standards in your goal to be the best you can be in the industry.

If you are looking for practical applications of celebrity protection principles while working with knowledgeable, well respected instructors, then the ICON/Trojan Celebrity Protection course is for you. This course is for people looking to break into the world of protection and also for those already working in the industry. Those who complete the course will leave with invaluable experience despite their skill level or time in the business.”

p.s., Rarely does an AK47 come into play with Celebrity Protection but it was the last day of the course and these guys wanted (and earned) the total experience.

If you’re looking to attend this class which is highly recommended if you want to go far in the Celebrity side of this business. This class is where you want be to learn and gain all the knowledge you can. Every day there was something different, but challenging. I learned a lot from the intstructers. Not only that, they also broke it down. This is why you do it like this, it’s safer for your princepal this way and to top it off. It all made sense. I fell more confendient now than ever working a detail.

My advice, take this course, but also be ready to have anything throw your way. You will learn a lot.

The instructers showed no mercey. We trained in the outdoors in the rain. We also trained outside one day with ice on the ground, snowing outside, and very cold weather. Not to mention jogging. We was happy to get back to the hotel. LOL. All I can say is be prepared for ANYTHING.

I am looking forward to being in the March Class….

This course had evrything. I didn’t think you could pack so much information into 5 days. And to top it off the instructors were top notch. Well worth it!!!
